Project with the aim of motivating and market the positive experiences of employees. People from different experience levels and departments were chosen to tell their stories, and what they love about their jobs at Crayon. This creates an environment where employees delt heard and appreciated, which in turn increases work efficiency. I was responsible to developing the campaign logo, profile template and create the stories through interviews and content creation.
CSR and Sustainability
Initiated and led partnership agreement between Crayon Group and UN Global Compact to increase firm’s communication of CSR activities. Responsible for Identifying and report global sustainability and CSR initiatives to Eco Vadis, sustainability rating.

Nordic Infrastructure Conference
The Nordic Infrastructure Conference 2020 aimed at giving more clarity around complicated technologies, with speakers from all over the world. NIC not only had over 80 presentations and more than 1000 attendees but some of the most prominent IT vendors, such as AWS, Microsoft, Crayon, IBM and Nordcloud.

Social Media
Prior to the event, I supported on a detailed plan to delegate media coverage for all speakers and interviews. The Social Media Plan included a scheduled time with shared responsibilities for the team, tags, hashtags, design mockups, and some content creation to allow for faster posts during the event.
Content Creation: Crayon Press Kit
I was responsible for developing the very first press kit of the conference two days before the event. The press kit included information about NIC, the schedule speakers, announcements and the partners. It included a section about Crayon, with its footprint, markets, accolades and contact information. The kit was shared with press members, with pens and business cards. This Press Kit got Crayon, and NIC mentioned in 6 different newspapers in Norway, bringing traffic and new potential clients.
Analytics
After the conference, I was responsible for analyzing data from the event to identify key strengths and weaknesses in our social media coverage.
SHE Conference
In line with my views of Women Empowerment, I sought out and partook in the SHE Conference, Europe’s largest gender diversity conference. As part of the media team, I was responsible for media coverage of 33 speakers and seven stages, including the Norwegian Prime Minister and prominent companies’ representatives such as Coca Cola and Microsoft.
